解决方法

创建 Token

、访问GitHub 个人访问令牌：Personal access tokens

、选择“Generate new token”

、填写自定义名称、全部勾选，选择“Generate token”

复制生成的 Token

授权

IDEA 登录 GitHub 账号

注意点

、如果忘记了“token”，可以再次生成，但要记得，再次授权，授权，授权！！~！@@

1、全部勾选、生成token，复制
2、授权，授权，授权！！~！@@
3、登录IDEA、填写账号密码，别登录，填写了token再进行登录
